Suddenly there was a very dramatic drop so everyone seated and not wearing a seatbelt was launched immediately into the ceiling. Some people hit their heads on the baggage overhead and dented it.The crew and people inside the lavatories were hurt the most because we discovered people just on the ground not able to get up. There were a lot of spinal and head injuries.The captain informed us they would make an emergency landing in Bangkok.

Singapore Airlines offered its deepest condolences. Boeing made no statement, again.
The airline flew in a second aeroplane and got all surviving passengers to Changi within 14 hours. They were whisked out of the airport in organised group departures so that none would speak with the media, Horreur!

The Devil's Arithmetic [1999] stars Kirsten Dunst, formerly young Spider-Man's main squeeze, as a time traveler who lands squarely in a Polish village on the day in late August of 1939 that the Nazi SS and German troops move up trucks to evacuate everyone to a concentration camp.
Everyone is stripped of all possessions, handed a pick or shovel and walked to a nearby field. Guarded by armed soldiers, everyone is ordered to work. All women are shorn. Each of their three-tier assigned wooden bunks wind up with six persons or more.
Dunst entertains with stories of the future -- The Wizard of Oz and the history of the Holocaust and its six million known Jewish victims. The camp -- never named -- has a terrifyingly filmed Zyklon-B "shower". Dunst eventually is time-traveled back to America where she actually meets survivors of her Nazi experience.
There are no Good Germans in this movie, adapted from a novel, which is probably even better than the 1999 motion picture.

With No-Mow May you don't attend to the lawn and flowers, because it helps cute little bees and other insect pollinators.

Appleton parasites claimed this was great for everything from food shortages to Global Warming and claimed it was very Science-y, although it was as scientific [and intelligent] as pet rocks and hula hoops.
But Appleton's No-Mow May showed just how easy it is to hoodwink the entire public. Appleton, Wisconsin, bought into this imbecility like Thais repeatedly buy 'Thank God for the military coup.'

USA MIDEAST IRAN
The United States government under President Joseph Biden offered its condolences over the deaths of Iranian President Ebrahim "Butcher of Tehran" Raisi.
America's State Department spokesmanperson Matthew Miller tried to explain that, "the United States does not want to see anyone die under such circumstances" as a 'hard-landing' helicopter crash.
In the actual city of Tehran, Raisi's death made some people celebrated and danced.
