The Thai government and its anti-drug agency Office of the Narcotics Control Board have served public notice that they intend to change the 'legal pill limit of yaa ba (meth) tablets' from 5 to 3, in May.
Public comment is welcome.
They're going to do a survey -- and if there are more meth dealers than meth addicts, then they won't change the legal limit.
